Exchange and Return

Exchanges

Any product bought from Turquoise can be exchanged, within 14 days of receiving the product. Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state. We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or if the product delivered is faulty.

How To Exchange

• Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
• Courier the parcel back to the us.
• Courier charges to be borne by customer.
